Hummus Pizza
Okay…if you like hummus, roasted veggies and flatbread then you are in for a treat! Two words to describe this interesting take on pizza is DE-LISH. No seriously, it is. The Kalamata olives and feta make it extra special too. Make it without the feta and it is dairy free. The only thing that I didn’t like about this pizza is that I had no one to share it with. Now I am just going to have to make it again so that my friends can enjoy.

Mama’s Tomato Basil Soup and Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Biscuits
Tomato Soup is the Traditional Comfort Food. This is Mama’s take on Tomato Basil soup that is quick to make, delicious and a little more on the gourmet side versus the Campbell’s Tomato Soup we grew up on. This is delicious served with Gluten Free Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. Or try it with Mama’s Tomato Basil Biscuits. Both are a hit for families and crowds and pair nicely together. There is nothing like a warm bowl of soup and biscuits hot out of the oven to warm up your house and bodies on cold winter days.
Mama’s Hamburger Pie ~ Gluten Free
Mama’s Hamburger Pie is a delicious main dish that you will want to add to your gluten free dinner menu. I grew up on Hamburger Pie. It was a favorite in our household, however, I was the ONE holdout in the family. When I was young, I couldn’t stand cheddar cheese. So my mom would give me my piece, and scrape off the melted cheddar cheese. Thank goodness, as I grew up, I eventually outgrew my dislike of cheese, I now love cheese.

Mama’s Basic Hamburger Bun Recipe with 4 Variations!
Summer means BBQ and BBQ means Burgers and Burgers mean we need good tasting Gluten Free Buns. Mama made Onion Buns from Mama’s Basic Hamburger Bun Recipe. Mama’s Basic Hamburger Bun recipe can be made as just a Basic Bun or add your favorite toppings like Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Herbs, or Mama’s favorite Onion Buns.
To make the buns, you can use 4 inch cake pans by Wilton. They come in packs of three and you will need at least 6 pans, available at Amazon.com or stores like Micheal’s or Target.
