Gluten Free Lavosh Crackers

You say what? Lavosh crackers are a traditional unleavened bread, or otherwise known as Armenian Flat Bread. Lavosh is pronounced LAH-voshe.  These crackers are super thin, super easy to make, and super addictive.  My daughter and I have been snacking on them all afternoon.  You can make them with any sort of topping you like, but traditionally they are topped with sesame seeds, sea salt or cracked pepper.

Herbs De Provence Tomato Mozzarella Appetizer

Mama’s Herbs De Provence Mozzarella Appetizer, is easy to make, appetizing to look at and we can’t forget delicious! When I need an appetizer to bring to a party or want to have something out for guests to munch on before dinner parties, this is my go to appetizer. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare and less than 15 minutes before it is eaten by your guests! It only takes four ingredients which includes, fresh mozzarella, roma or caprise tomatoes, Herbs De Provence, and extra virgin olive oil. I often will set out gluten free crackers to eat with it.
