Gluten Free Sausage Balls — Party Appetizer

Make the with Italian Sausage or Turkey Sausage, Easy to Make and a Fan Favorite! Well this is my first “New” recipe that I have created since my brain surgery in November. I made a few changes, using Mama’s Pancake Mix instead (to be gluten free), using an Italian Sausage verses the pork breakfast sausage, made a turkey version with added spices for those who don’t like pork sausage, (like my kids), and added green onions. Make your favorite dipping sauce to go with them or use Honey BBQ sauce for the Pork Italian Sausage version and for the Turkey Version add 1...

Multi Seed Flat Bread ~ Gluten and Dairy FreeAnd Mama’s Hummus My friends and I have been on a hummus kick.  Nearly every time we see each other someone has made hummus.  The recipe was passed on from a friend, to a friend, to a friend, to a friend.  Some of them have secret ingredients, some of them add less garlic (not me) and some add more or less oil and lemon juice.  We all seem to have our way of making it.  Nonetheless, it is delicious and healthy!  Hummus is great served with chips, crackers, veggies and pita bread.   Being that Pita Bread is one of my favorite breads for dip I decided to create a gluten free version.  ...

There are two zesters I recommend using. 1. Microplane Zester, Click Here.  With a Microplane zester you can easily zest the lemon and it is minced perfectly without any chopping necessary....
