Gluten Free Sausage Balls — Party Appetizer

Make the with Italian Sausage or Turkey Sausage, Easy to Make and a Fan Favorite! Well this is my first “New” recipe that I have created since my brain surgery in November. This was a modified recipe, based off a sausage roll my mom made using Bisquick growing up. I made a few changes, using Mama’s Pancake Mix instead (to be gluten free), using an Italian Sausage verses the pork breakfast sausage, made a turkey version with added spices for those who don’t like pork sausage, (like my kids), and added green onions. Herbs De Provence Tomato Mozzarella Appetizer

Mama’s Herbs De Provence Mozzarella Appetizer, is easy to make, appetizing to look at and we can’t forget delicious! When I need an appetizer to bring to a party or want to have something out for guests to munch on before dinner parties, this is my go to appetizer. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare and less than 15 minutes before it is eaten by your guests! It only takes four ingredients which includes, fresh mozzarella, roma or caprise tomatoes, Herbs De Provence, and extra virgin olive oil. I often will set out gluten free crackers to eat with it. Gluten Free Fried Parmesan Crusted Zucchini

Mama gets lots of requests for recipes for coatings for fried foods like zucchini chicken, mozzarella cheese, and etc. Everyone enjoys fried food, and once and a while we say why not? Of course, we are not saying indulge everyday, but on occasionally, or on special days it is okay to enjoy a delicious fried food.
