OMG! These are delicious!!! I brought this recipe along with GFDF Lemon Cupcakes with Blueberry Frosting to the GFAF Expo in Chicago this weekend. I made the same amount of samples that I make for every trade show that I have done in the past 7 years. A few years ago, I was in Pasadena with my husband on a little husband/wife getaway. We were walking down Colorado street and there was a little corner bakery, in fact I think it was called Corner Bakery. We stopped there for lunch. While trying to decide what I wanted for lunch my eyes were drawn to the bakery case where these Whoopie Pies, little cakes filled with creamy filling, were enveloping my attention.
