Gluten Free Pita Bread

Gluten Free Pita Bread 1 pkg. Mama’s Pizza Crust (Remove ¼ cup of mix and set aside) 1¼ cups warm water1 Tbsp. yeast (or use yeast packet included with mix)1 tsp. sugar or honey 1 egg2 Tbsp. olive oil Directions: In a mixing bowl, add Mama’s Pizza Mix. Remove ¼ cup of mix and set aside.In a liquid measuring cup measure out warm water, add yeast packet and sugar. Mix together and set aside until foamy.With mixer running on low speed, pour in yeast mixture. Add egg and olive oil. Mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
