Gluten Free Pita Bread

Directions: In a mixing bowl, add Mama’s Pizza Mix. Remove ¼ cup of mix and set aside.In a liquid measuring cup measure out warm water, add yeast packet and sugar. Mix together and set aside until foamy.With mixer running on low speed, pour in yeast mixture. Add egg and olive oil. Mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and remove from mixer.
