Is there a secret about gf cooking I don't know? I have tried this twice and both times it was extremely runny and definitely not biscuit-like. Admittedly I couldn't cook before gf well but I could follow directions. This one, no matter how I follow them, it's wrong. Love the mix...wish I hadn't wasted half a bag already.

Are you using Gluten Free Mama's Pancake mix or another brands pancake mix? If you are using Mama's then you are probably not using enough of the mix. Try using your baking cup to scoop the flour in and then spoon in the rest and tap and scrape across the top. This is not the kind of biscuit that you roll out. The dough will be wet. Use a two inch baking scoop (ice cream scooper) and drop the biscuit batter onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with extra mix or rice flour and gently press into a round shape. Hope that helps!
