EGG and Dairy: This product can be made egg free by eliminating the egg white and replacing with 1 Tbsp. flax seed added to 1/4 cup water and simmered on stove until it becomes thick. Or add 1-2 Tbsp. honey to act as the binder. The product can be made dairy free by using Spectrum shortening.
