Baking without Eggs

1 egg = 1 Tablespoon of flaxmeal and 3 Tablespoons of water – either blend together prior to mixing in with mix or heat on stove top.

1 egg =  ½ Banana (sweeter substitute)

1 egg =  1Tbsp of cornstarch with 3 Tbsp of water, but if replacing more than one every second egg is replaced with 2 Tbsp each cornstarch and water

1 egg =   1/4 cup applesauce & 1/2 teaspoon baking powder mixed together.

Chia seed as a substitute

Ingredients for 1 egg:  (Double for 2 eggs)
3 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Chia Seed

Ingredients for 4 eggs:

3/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Chia Seed

 

Combine water and chia and let sit for 10-15 minutes or until it gels.
